Butler Kelly Ltd. is an independent cross-Party public affairs consultancy established in 1998.

The two founder directors are Phil Kelly and Chris Butler, who started their business association with the formation in 1995 of a public affairs unit in one of the UK's leading public relations consultancies.

 Butler Kelly Ltd is a member of the Association of Professional Political Consultants (APPC).
