Chris Butler
Chris Butler is a former Conservative MP and Secretary to the Backbench Trade and Industry Committee. Before entering Parliament, he was a political secretary at No. 10 and ministerial Special Adviser in the Office of Arts and Libraries and the Welsh Office.
Chris has been a public affairs practitioner for over fifteen years. He specialises in energy, health, media and technology policy.
Phil Kelly - Senior Consultant
Phil Kelly is the former Deputy Leader of Islington, now Chief Whip on the Council. Former adviser to the Labour Shadow Cabinet and former Editor of Tribune the Labour Party weekly paper (1987-91).
Phil has also been in the public affairs industry for over fifteen years. He is a specialist in local government and transport policy.

Annabel Gaba
Annabel read PPE at Oxford University (2002-05) and gained a Masters in European Thought at UCL (2006). She joined Butler Kelly in 2008 and has worked for several clients from the outsourcing, utilities, health and transport sectors. She also runs the secretariat for the All Party Parliamentary Group on Prison Health. Annabel has expertise in running long-term campaigns, stakeholder mapping, event management, and new business development. She has been a member of the Liberal Democrat party since 2007.

Sheree Dodd
Former Director of Communications at DTI with responsibility for media handling, stakeholder relations, marketing and e-communications. Led the news and media relations operations at DWP and the Northern Ireland Office, after an extensive career as a political and industrial correspondent on The Mirror newspaper. Her company SC Dodd Comms provides advice and delivers communication solutions to public and private sector clients.
